From curious kids to inspired professionals
As a former U.S. Air Force aircraft mechanic, I lived the challenges and triumphs of keeping complex aircraft mission-ready. I witnessed firsthand the immense power of hands-on wisdom – that critical 'tacit knowledge' forged from years of experience – but also how often it remained unshared, making the path harder for others. That unique perspective, from the heart of aviation maintenance, isn't just my background; it's the very inspiration that drives me, because I know this expertise is too vital to our profession to be siloed or lost.
That’s why I founded Tempest Skywise. My mission is to champion the craft and empower every aviation mechanic by ensuring this invaluable experiential knowledge is captured, elevated, and becomes a readily accessible, shared asset across our community. It's a commitment fueled by a deep respect for our profession, a passion for collaborative problem-solving, and an unwavering belief that by connecting our collective wisdom, we build a safer, more efficient, and more masterful future for aviation maintenance – and I'm dedicated to leading that charge.

Our Story
Our story is one of determination and purpose. We recognized a need for something greater while working long hours in demanding environments for a company that lacked connection to its people. Inspired by the dedicated professionals who ensured aircraft were in optimal condition, we understood that true fulfillment lies in serving others.
