As former aircraft mechanics in the Air Force, we had the privilege of working with the best in the trades industry to accomplish a mission that was greater than any one of us individually. This inspired us but often left us feeling empty, tired and like we weren't being listened to. With Tempest, we sought to be the change.

Our Story
Our story is one of determination and purpose. We recognized a need for something greater while working long hours in demanding environments for a company that lacked connection to its people. Inspired by the dedicated professionals who ensured aircraft were in optimal condition, we understood that true fulfillment lies in serving others. This conviction drove our founding team to unite the trades and secure their rightful stake in the critical arena of national defense.
